Auto req ID: 282570BR Job Description Insights Business Partnering Bring impactful insights for the BU by setting up and managing integrated monthly reporting for BUs across data sources (Nielsen, Kantar, Global Data, BMS) Track business and brand performance by managing category and BU innovation tracking and KPI scorecard Day to day agency contact with different data providors (Nielsen, Kantar and Canadean) and ownership of local database delivery Build strong category insights Develop strong category insights based on situational and ad hoc data analysis Manage forecasting (PGM and BU forecasts) on category, subcategory and brand level, integrating and modelling data from different providers. Build ‘stronger’ PepsiCo brands through insights Partners with CEO to deploy in housing of key workstreams (e.g. ROI Engine) locally Qualifications/Requirements 5+ years FMCG insights experience Good analytics insights experience – end-to-end understanding of the best research approach to best deploy and strong analytical skills Good communication skills and experience in media insights Nielsen, Nielsen Answers, excel, power point, deep dive analysis, driver analysis, business performance reasoning Exposure to RMS data, Household panel data, Canadean data Analytical approach at problem solving Compelling story-teller & good slide building skill Good to have: Power BI/ Tableau Relocation Eligible: Eligible for Standard Relocation Job Type: Regular
