Roles and Responsibilities:
- Working on renewing the expired/ Near to expiring contracts.
- Meet with the customers to find out their requirements and discuss the legal and business matters.
- Discussing, drafting, reviewing, revising, and negotiating the terms of a variety of contracts.
- Increase customers retention.
- Maintain an excellent working relationship with customers to ensure their needs are met.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree
- 2 Year Min experience in Sales & Customer care.
Skills and abilities:
- Excellent communication skills with clients
- High follow up skills
- Excellent Negotiation Skills.
- Excellent Microsoft office user and the knowledge of CRM is preferred.
- Excellent in English
