Job Description
Screens and responds to mail.
Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
Preparing presentations as required.
Coordinating and assisting in planning and implementation of projects.
Keeping track of and reporting on project progress.
Assisting the Project Director onsite and offsite.
Maintaining confidentiality around sensitive information.
Performing all related duties as assigned.
Observing the best business practices and etiquette.
Skills
Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proven work experience as a Secretary/Assistant or similar role.
Familiarity with project management.
Data organization skills.
Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
Ability to work with a broad range of people.
Flexibility and the capacity to work in-out of the office.
