- Enable business to have different delivery speeds.
- Define route planning logics and criteria.
- Follows industry standards, monitoring trends and practices in terms of logistics planning developments.
- Coordinates shipping schedules to increase efficiency through exploiting related resources and leveraging economies of scale to negotiate more competitive price points from logistics agencies.
- Integrate logistics with Boutiqaat’s structure through continuous collaboration with other departments.
- Analyzes logistics fundamentals including availability, supply chain management, and fleet optimization.
- Oversee the entire logistics operations of the country of location.
- Responsible for following the country of operation’s laws and regulations in terms of shipping and transportation.
- Ensure that personnel meet productivity targets by motivating and encouraging teamwork.
- Manages the transportation of inventory between the storage facilities.
- Fleet Management and maintain that Boutiqaat’s Owned Fleet are in presentable condition.
- Monitor and enhance customer relationships by participating in customer outreach initiatives to assess customer satisfaction.
- Define the company’s logistics and supply chain strategy.
- Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues.
- Evaluate and report on KPIs.
- Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly.
- Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes.
- Resolve issues that come up (e.g., delays in delivery, accidents).
- Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth.
- Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain (e.g. use of trucks).
- Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards.
- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals.
- In-depth knowledge of logistics procedures.
- Lead the Logistics team and secure excellence in the planning and execution of the goods flow process in co-operation with business partners.
- Develops the Logistics function’s strategic objectives, business plan, and budget.
- Develops adequate policies and processes for the logistics and delivery function to maintain efficient operational excellence supporting company’s strategic goals.
- Develops manpower resource plan as per annual volume plan.
- Responsible for deploying systems for items receiving, dispatching and issuing, loading and unloading.
- Guides proper upkeep of loading gates and spaces (e.g., loading area, unloading area and inspection area).
- Develop and maintain system for the continuous movement of goods.
- Keep track of delivery times, delivery staff, transport costs, and efficiency.
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints regarding delivery.
- Supervise, coach, and train the delivery workforce.
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
- Set and update delivery staff KPIs.
- Produces periodic reports and statistics as required for top management.
- Designs and ensures proper implementation of efficient scheduling logic for the movement of trucks.
- Coordinate with contact center for any complaints during, before or after delivery.

Skills
Bachelors Degree
Minimum 5 years in the same field
