With the new Employee Development Journey, every employee has a chance to choose their OWN career path and drive their own growth!
We want to help you learn more of yourself and become the best you can be. But how do we do that?
We have 5 stages prepared to help you. The first stage is the Career Path Tool where you can easily access it through your Sharepoint and answer a few questions to help you determine which which function would you most enjoy working at.
Once you have learnt a bit about yourself you will go through the potential evaluation. Here you will be evaluated on your Knowledge, Skills and Attitude.
To ensure transparency throughout your development process, your line manager will have a discussion with you after each stage.
Once deemed potential, you’ll be called for the Assessment Center which is a simulated environment designed to assess core competencies and behaviors
Based on the outcome of the Assessment Center, you will have a development plan, If y your Individual Development Plan will be given to you which will contain 3 parts: Training Programs, Self-Learning Modules and On the Job Training. These could also include Stretch or Secondment Roles and cross functional projects.
On completion of IDP and the availability of your desired role, you will be deployed which need not be a vertical move. It could be horizontal or diagonal and even a stretch or secondment role. Most importantly, deployment will be based on merit.
