Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities.

  1. Coordinates building scheduling, maintenance, repair and renovation, custodial, safety, security, construction, and/or maintenance, indoor cleaning, mechanical systems.
  2. Ensure that statutory requirements and company policies and procedures are implemented and deadlines are met.
  3. Oversees activities of contractors, vendor personnel, and suppliers; Monitors contracts for compliance and controls costs; monitors general expenditures of department,
  4. Maintains compliance with departmental security, audit procedures, and policy.
  5. Build long-term relationships with client that add value and are based on mutual trust
  6. Drive innovation and continuous improvement of people, systems, processes and services
  7. Ensure the availability of the equipment and tools
  8. Investigate and respond appropriately to complaints and requests
  9. Responds to the emergencies on a 24 hour basis
  10. Ability to manage multiple workloads and shifting priorities
  11. Proven ability to work in a partnership and collaborative way with other service providers
