Assistant Manager – Stores | AMW | Kalutara, Sri Lanka
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Check and receive raw material, consumables and engineering spares into inventory.
- Monitor and control inventory levels.
- Ensure Good housekeeping and safety.
- Taking prompt action to improve productivity of stores.
- Ensure accuracy of inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with 5S, HSE and ISO standards.
Skills
Key Requirements
- Successfully completed a professional qualification in warehousing and supply chain management from a reputed institute.
- Successfully completed GCE Advanced Level, preferably in a science stream and should have obtained a pass for mathematics in GCE Ordinary Level.
- Minimum 03 years experience in a medium to large sized warehouse with high material movement.
- Good IT skills with ERP systems experience.
- Must possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to lead shop floor level employees.
