Job Description:**Responsibilities:**
* Serve as the primary liaison between the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and diligent follow-up.
* Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements, prioritizing activities in accordance with strategic organizational objectives.
* Prepare comprehensive briefing materials for the CEO, including agendas and synthesized pre-reading documents, to facilitate high-level discussions such as board meetings and investor presentations.
* Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information pertaining to legal, financial, and personnel matters.
* Draft and refine CEO communications, including emails, speeches, and presentations, ensuring alignment with the organization’s vision and brand voice.
* Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications (Marcom) team to manage media inquiries, interviews, and public appearances on behalf of the CEO.
* Cultivate relationships with partners, investors, and key stakeholders, including startups and governmental bodies, to enhance the organization’s influence within the STEM ecosystem.
* Accompany the CEO to events, documenting key outcomes and facilitating subsequent follow-up actions.
* Oversee the selection process for program startups, encompassing applications, interviews, and bootcamps, and provide regular progress reports to the CEO.
* Support the recruitment of high-profile mentors and speakers, ensuring program alignment with the CEO’s strategic objectives.
* Summarize program outcomes and startup performance in concise briefs for dissemination to the CEO and relevant stakeholders.
* Translate complex data, such as workforce trends and program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), into actionable insights to inform CEO decision-making.
* Provide support to the CEO in managing workforce or Public Relations (PR) crises, including scenario planning and communication strategy development.
* Collaborate with Human Resources (HR) to align hybrid and remote work policies with the CEO’s vision for organizational culture and productivity.
* Review mission-critical content, including donor reports and narratives related to AI and deep technology, to ensure consistency with the CEO’s priorities.
Skills:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in executive support, chief of staff, project management, or similar roles.
- Proven experience working directly with C-level executives, preferably in a startup, tech, or innovation-driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

- Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including experience drafting executive-level correspondence, speeches, and presentations.
- Organizational Mastery: Strong ability to manage complex calendars, prioritize competing demands, and coordinate travel and logistics.

- Media & PR Savvy: Experience coordinating with marketing and communications teams to handle press, media inquiries, and public appearances.
- Event Coordination: Ability to represent the CEO at events, document outcomes, and ensure effective follow-up.
- Startup Ecosystem Knowledge: Understanding of startup pipeline processes, including application review, interviews, and program coordination.
- Mentorship Facilitation: Experience recruiting and liaising with high-profile mentors, speakers, and trainers.
- Crisis Management: Competence in supporting risk assessment, scenario planning, and crisis communication strategies.
- Content Review: Attention to detail in reviewing mission-critical content for alignment with organizational vision and CEO priorities.
