Job Description

Dubai Holding Entertainment (DHE) currently has an exciting career opportunity within our Assets. We are looking to hire Asset Performance & Excellence manager. The job holder will provide support to CTO to develop and implement BSC for all technical  units with in DHE, provide support in establishing Technical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Technical Performance Management system and coordinate with the GMs at the BUs to ensure compliance and achievement of the targets, process, and operation timelines.

Key Accountabilities (Includes, but not limited to the following):

Financial Responsibilities

  • To develop strategies wherein the technical department cost can be minimized without compromising on the asset life cycle
  • To ensure that there is no cost overrun by implementing BSC and KPIs for all technical unites within DHE assets 

Operational Responsibilities 

  • Monitor the key external parameters impacting the technical departments and raise an alert on potential opportunities and threats
  • Provide support in the technical strategy formulation and manage the implementation exercise by coordinating with the various divisions and departments of DHE
  • Develop and implement the templates, processes and guidelines ensure effective roll out across the Business.
  • Establish a Performance Management system that includes tools, templates, and guidelines for the effective measurement of assets performance in line with the DHE strategy.
  • Develop technical department policies and procedures ensuring key areas are covered relating to techincal department planning and performance monitoring
  • Serve as the custodian and process owner for the technical department within  Corporate planning and balance scorecard process.
  • Oversee compliance to the policies, process, frameworks and guidelines set for technical department performance monitoring.
  • Review Audit reports/ feedback of gaps in operating business processes & practices; examine risk implications and make suggestions on need for reducing, transferring it, where necessary.
  • Lead the timely preparation of periodical Company reports for top management meetings weekly and  monthly e.g. the MIS reports which monitor and report on the progress of all aspects of the scorecard and KPI’s.
  • Lead the preparation of ad hoc reports and analysis for the management on projects assigned for technical department improvements for making an informed decision.
