Job Description:**Area Sales Manager – Saudi Arabia**
**Crofts & Assinder is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to develop the Saudi Arabian market for its premium cabinet hardware.**

With a legacy spanning 150 years, the company has cultivated a global presence, successfully distributing its products across the USA, Japan, Australia, and Europe.
**Position Summary:**
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business development within Saudi Arabia. This commission-based role, inclusive of a monthly retainer during the first year, requires the identification and cultivation of key relationships to secure sales and contribute to the company’s overall growth. The successful candidate will establish and maintain strong client relationships, ascertain sampling requirements, and guide clients through the procurement process.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Identify and research prospective clients, including kitchen manufacturers, kitchen showrooms/studios, bedroom furniture manufacturers, bedroom furniture showrooms, hotels, cruise lines, and interior designers within the designated territory.
* Proactively engage potential clients through appointments, telephone, email, networking events, and social media to generate interest in Crofts & Assinder products.
* Cultivate robust and enduring trading relationships with all customers, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of their cabinet hardware requirements and providing appropriate solutions.
* Present Crofts & Assinder products effectively using high-quality sampling materials (provided).
* Collaborate with the Export Coordination team to ensure that all customer-specific packaging and delivery requirements are met.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the region, providing relevant feedback to the Marketing team.
* Achieve or exceed annual sales targets established at the outset.
* Provide regular updates to the Sales Director regarding sales initiatives and market insights.

**Remuneration:**
Attractive, open-ended commission-based compensation with a monthly retainer in Year 1.
Skills:
We are seeking an energetic self-starter with extensive experience of selling to the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom (KBB) market in Riyadh and across the wider Saudi region.
The suitable candidate will have experience of selling high quality products to the interiors market and specifically the aforementioned sectors, and supporting their customer accounts as their business grows.
