Job Description:
- Lead and oversee architectural projects from initial concept through completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure efficient project execution.
- Review architectural designs, drawings, and specifications for accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with regulations.
- Facilitate communication between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are clearly understood and met.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective solutions to mitigate delays or issues.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction quality and adherence to architectural plans.
- Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and updates to senior management and clients.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained according to company protocols.
- Promote a culture of safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement throughout all phases of the project.
Skills:
- From 10 to 15 years of experience in architectural project management or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage architectural projects from inception to completion within set timelines.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, architectural design, and building codes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in project management software and architectural design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Ability to analyze and resolve project challenges efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to work onsite as required by project demands.
