Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Design Manager with LEED certification to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading all architectural design projects with a focus on sustainability and environmentally friendly practices.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Develop and implement sustainable design strategies in accordance with LEED certification requirements
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to create innovative and environmentally conscious design solutions
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with LEED standards and project specifications
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on sustainable design principles and practices
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in sustainable architecture and design
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- LEED certification required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on sustainability and green building practices
- Strong project management skills and the ability to lead a team to successfully complete projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
