Our client is a highly established and successful multinational professional services organisation, who are looking to hire an experienced HR Assistant to join their team.
The role will support the senior People Partner in planning and implementing the HR plans and strategies within the business. You will require an effective level of task prioritisation whilst co-ordinating various HR generalist duties such as sickness or staff absence, policy advice, probation reviews and grievances to name a few.
The HR Assistant will analyse business related people data to identify potential trends and patterns that will shape policy at a senior level. You will possess a proactive, fair and well-reasoned approach to your working; taking pride in outcome and the overall impact you have within the team and wider organisation.
