Responsibilities
Review the business process documents and ensure adherence to documented policies, processes and procedures.
Ensure the review and approval of user business requirements by the concerned organizational units
Ensure the review of the system design and functional specification is completed
Ensure the review of detailed documentation of business rules and business logic that will govern created designs is completed
Ensure the review of flow charts, diagrams, and work products outlining systems capabilities and processes is completed
Ensure the review of technical system documentation is completed
Ensure the review of program code, compilation, generation, and ensuring efficiency of program codes and using documented specifications is completed
Ensure the review and evaluation of interrelationships between programs are completed
Ensure the review of the performance of programs is completed
Ensure availability of programming documentation
Ensure the review of testing strategies is completed
Ensure the review and approval of test plans is completed
Ensure the review of design of test scenarios & test cases based on functional requirements is completed
Ensure the review of the determined test environment and test data requirements is completed
Ensure the review of all tests types and test cases are done and make sure they cover all various levels of requirements details
Ensure the review of test results reports were conducted thoroughly, appropriately, and successfully Ensure the review of network readiness is completed
Ensure the review of security readiness is completed
