Air Freight Coordinator | AL Futtaim Logisitics | Jebel Ali
Overview of the role:
- Efficient handling of customer service while coordinating with Internal and External clients
- ensure accuracy in BOE processing, certificate of origin, billing invoice, costing, posting of data entry in system
- Ensure on time invoicing, edocs and job closing
- Ensure all clients rates are updated for internal and external customs and filed methodically
- Handle other associates accounts and/or additional accounts as per need arises
- Efficiently handling of client account and coordination with Agent offices worldwide as per customer requirements
Skills
Required Skills to be successful:
1.- Valid UAE drivers license
2.- Good Communication skills
3.- Timely Resolution and Customer centric
4.- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
What equips you for the role:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 years’ experience as Sea Freight Coordinator
- Valid UAE driver’s license
- Experience with sea freight business operations
