Job Description:**الخيار:**
Assist in the execution of diverse agricultural operations, including crop planning, planting, irrigation, fertilization, and harvesting. Monitor crop health, soil conditions, and environmental variables to optimize productivity. Conduct field assessments and gather data to evaluate and enhance agricultural performance. Participate in the implementation of sustainable farming methodologies and the integration of contemporary agricultural technologies. Collaborate with irrigation and landscaping personnel to ensure cohesive integration of agricultural systems within the defined project parameters. Analyze soil specimens and recommend appropriate ameliorative treatments to improve soil vitality and crop output. Maintain meticulous records of field operations, inputs, and outcomes for reporting and future planning purposes. Conduct research and remain abreast of current agricultural trends, tools, and innovations pertinent to the responsibilities of the position. Adhere to established safety protocols and ensure compliance with pertinent agricultural regulations and environmental mandates. Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and documentation pertaining to field activities and agricultural results.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in agricultural engineering or landscape management, preferably within large-scale real estate or resort projects.
- Strong knowledge of soil science, irrigation systems, and sustainable agricultural practices.
- Experience with plant selection, pest management, and disease control in diverse environments.
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and compliance standards relevant to agricultural operations.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and construction professionals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to work on-site and oversee field operations as required.
