Job Description :

Serve as the interface between the company stakeholders and customers.Responsible for all related after-sales processes till an order invoice is issued.Responsible for ensuring that customers’ orders are fulfilled in a timely and satisfactory manner.Responsible for the customers’ stocks (cards and stationery) and safety stock management.Support sales effort and respond to customer’s orders related inquiries and problems via phone and/or email.Responsible for the schemes’ approval (Visa and Mastercard) on the created designs’ E-ProofsProcess orders, track, coordinate with other departments/stakeholders, and may expedite delivery.Called upon to help other departments improve their operations to better serve the customers.
