Job Description

Job Purpose:Manage the Accessories, Retail (Tires, Lubes & Batteries) & Projects business activities focusing on objectives of the company. Identify, allocate, monitor & control resources in order to achieve the company’s strategic & financial goals.Accountabilities:Formulate the annual sales & business plan for the accessories and retail department, identify & budget the necessary resources to achieve the division’s objectives.Implement the strategy for accessories and retail operation & outlets expansion as well, develop related plans for improving the existing business.Review sales forecasts from the Branch Managers & Outlets and submit it to procurement department.Review, Order & Procure locally purchased productsEvaluate division performance periodically, identify areas of improvements and concerns and develop action plans for performance improvement.Monitor the implementation of the accessories and retail promotional and marketing activity and provide feedback to the marketing department to ensure success of the campaigns.Monitor & control the operation costs & take corrective actions, if necessary, to ensure profit goals.Co-ordinate with HR for employee recruitment, promotion, retention and termination of staff.Review and evaluate employee performance, identify skill gaps and plan and monitor staff training programs.Oversee staffing adjustments to obtain maximum productivity.Collaborate with other company divisions, to help ensure smooth overall operations within the company.Evaluate plans, submit sales projections and resource requirements for new business projects in line with the strategic plans of the company and submit them to the management for approval.Coordinate with relevant business divisions to execute & commence all approved projects.Monitor and review project activities and ensure its completion within scheduled time and budget Participate towards the implementation of Accessory business strategy and plans which enable the achievement of organization’s mission and objectives.Set goals and objectives for the Operations and Functional heads to implement Accessories business strategies in Sales and AftersalesIdentify and evaluate business opportunities and implement Business development projects (Retail, Fleet, Exports, and Parts & Service channels) in co-ordination with Business development team.Implementation of operational policies and controls covering all areas of Accessories activities so that all relevant procedure/legal requirements are fulfilled while delivering Quality with Cost effectiveness

Skills
Qualification & ExperienceEducation: Bachelor or Master’s Degree. Experience: 8- 10 years minimum in same fieldExperience in multi-brand service centers and retail outletsExperience in B2C and B2B Specific Knowledge & Skills:In depth knowledge of product, industry dynamics, forecasting and preparing sales budget Driving for results – Management of Personnel Resources Decision Making Customer focus Analytical Thinking Time Management Information Monitoring Communicating with impact
