We are looking for someone to perform a variety of administrative and secretarial tasks.

Administrative responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, preparing expense reports and handling all the secretarial duties.

Duties include
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
– Maintain contact lists
– Order office supplies
– Submit and reconcile expense reports
– Provide general support to visitors
– Provide information by answering questions and requests
– Communication with external cooperators

Other duties
– Arranging travel accommodations, flights booking and process expense forms
– Ensuring stationery and office supplies levels are appropriate
– Coordinating on visa application/renewal, labor card and Emirates ID application, collection of required documents, labor contract formalities, insurance cards and visa stamping.
– Maintaining a digital record of all financial transactions, documents, and supplier information.
– Processing work orders, expenses claim and expenses payments as a petty cash
– Compiling financial data documents and ensuring that accounts payable are accurate and up to date
