Job Description :

Looking for a young presentable individual interested in working in the luxury SME Market, with good Accounting and Excel skills to work as an Office manager / Administrative Assistant dealing directly to the managing partner. The candidate’s scope of work will include, but is not limited to the following:Manage office Accounting, paperwork, filing and administrationDevelop and maintain a filing system and manage bookkeepingIssue invoices and assist in typing AgreementsFollow up with clientsFile and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partnersDocument and track monthly expenses/revenues and create reports
