Job Description

We are seeking for an Arabic speaking Female Administrative Secretary to maintain the smooth running of the office.

In order for you to be selected as a candidate, you will need the ability to write clearly and be proficient with word processing applications. A pleasing personality with strong communication skills is also highly valued.


• Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties.

• Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents (Arabic to English).

• Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases.

• 1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Secretary would be advantageous.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Greet and assist visitors to the office.

• Proficiency in MS Office, with exceptional knowledge of Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
