Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:Schedule appointments, meetings, and events for managers and teammembers.Assist Admin Supervisor with the logistics of internal and external meetings or eventssuch as venue booking, sharing invites, catering, coffee breaks etcCoordinate IT issues with the internal and the external outsourced IT company.Make sure all purchase requests are signed, Pos done also before ordering.Answer telephone enquiries from customers and attend to visitors with their enquiries
