A reputable Printing company located in Beirut is seeking an Administrative Assistant Intern to support their team.
The company is committed to provide interns with hands-on experience that will prepare them for their future careers.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with organizing and maintaining files and records.
- Respond to phone and email inquiries from clients and suppliers.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Help with processing orders, invoices, and other paperwork.
- Provide support to the administrative team as needed.
Duration: 1 – 2 months.
Time Schedule: 09:00 A.M. to 02:00 P.M.
Location: On-site.
Compensation: Not Paid. Transportation only.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
