Job Description :

Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)Follow up the GM officeFollow up the Company’s cars schedule and maintenanceHandle Monthly Office Supplies purchases requests.Handling Petty cashAnswer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messagesPrepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.Check, sort and forward emailsMonitor office supplies and place orders when necessaryKeep updated records and filesOrganize and schedule appointmentsPlan meetings and take detailed minutesWrite and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and formsAssist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reportsDevelop and maintain a filing systemUpdate and maintain office policies and proceduresOrder office supplies and research new deals and suppliersMaintain contact listsBook travel arrangements 

Job Requirements :

Bachelor DegreeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent communication skills.Attention to detail and problem solving skillsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsExcellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workProficiency in MS OfficeIn-depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry
