Job Description :

Create and maintain a log for employees’ benefits.Provide administrative support for HR executivesPhotocopy and scan reports to maintain, both, a hardcopy and a softcopy, and to upload on the server for information sharing among all relevant stakeholders.Submit a report, whenever needed by the department Manager.Create and maintain an updated sheet for all employees’ compensation and benefits.Coordinate with payroll regarding employees’ deduction.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.4-6 years of experience as a admin assistant.Preferred construction experience.Excellent English language.
