A leading Medical Devices company is actively recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to be based in Dubai, UAE.

Excellent communication in both Arabic and French is a MUST for this role.

  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
  • Scheduling and coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, etc.
  • Managing calendars for senior colleagues.
  • Managing all office administration duties for senior colleagues.
  • Responsible for proper documentation
  • Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders
