A leading Medical Devices company is actively recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to be based in Dubai, UAE.
Excellent communication in both Arabic and French is a MUST for this role.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Scheduling and coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, etc.
- Managing calendars for senior colleagues.
- Managing all office administration duties for senior colleagues.
- Responsible for proper documentation
- Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders
Skills
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- University graduate (bachelor’s degree)
- Excellent communication in both Arabic and French is a must.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills (face to face and over the phone).
- Accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in the management of diary and emails.
- High proficiency with the commonly used computer software and applications.
