Administration Supervisor

Job Description

About the position:


  • Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members
  • Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving internal administrative systems, policies, and procedures
  • Extract records and prepare reports relevant to payroll from the local systems
  • Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained
  • Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork
  • Counselling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures
  • Prepare and process statements of payment for outsourced employees
  • Dealing with governmental institutions (Labor office – Governmental Medical Insurance – Insurance office)
  • Control of tardiness, absenteeism and vacations
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and trades persons
