Job Description
About the position:
- Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members
- Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
- Developing, reviewing, and improving internal administrative systems, policies, and procedures
- Extract records and prepare reports relevant to payroll from the local systems
- Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained
- Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork
- Counselling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures
- Prepare and process statements of payment for outsourced employees
- Dealing with governmental institutions (Labor office – Governmental Medical Insurance – Insurance office)
- Control of tardiness, absenteeism and vacations
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and trades persons
Skills
About you:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or relative field.
- 6 – 8 Years of experience in Human Resource administration and payroll
- Manage annual leave for all employees
- Excellent knowledge of the Egyptian labor law
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies.
- Proven experience as administration supervisor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel a must) and strong analytical skills
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English
