Job Description :

Coordinate general office operation.Coordinate and manage office building ancillary support services, to coordinate with the procurement unit on local purchases of stationery, equipment, supplies, printers and other company business-related purchases.Monitor and purchase office supplies and equipment and maintain proper stock levels.Follow up office/sites rental payments.Produce reports and manage databases.Send payment requests and follow up with clients.Create and maintain a filing system.Assist in Following up on the consistent renewal of company fleet licenses , rented houses contracts , Ports entry permits for drivers and employees and Borders Guard permitsAct as a focal point and a coordinator among different departments.Follow up and coordinate transportation. 

Job Requirements :

Excellent Microsoft Office.Excellent Communication Skills.Giza residence is preferred.ERP System background.
