Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Process HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and performance evaluations.
• Assist in maintaining HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Coordinate employee benefits administration, including enrollments and claims processing.
• Support the HR team in organizing employee events and activities.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide basic HR-related information.
• Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, scheduling appointments, and meetings.
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and handle correspondence.
• Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including emails, memos, and reports.
• Assist with document preparation, such as creating and editing presentations, letters, and other business materials.
• Maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
• Assist with general administrative tasks, such as data entry, record keeping, and office organization.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Assistant.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HR software or databases.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
