Our client in Qatar is looking to hire Admin Assistant
Minimum Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of secretarial experience in a large organization preferably in internal audit/risk services/compliance/legal functions.
- Knowledge of administrative systems within the department
Skills
Minimum qualification Diploma or equivalent
- To support the Department Manager by providing clerical and administrative support and to provide coordination of the Internal Audit Department functions to ensure smooth operation of department’s activities in an organised and precise manner.
- Check and verify calculations/codes/information and obtain information for incomplete/incorrect documents in order to ensure the highest standards of data accuracy.
