Position: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT 

Salary : 2500 AED+ Accommodation

And with cosmetic experience : male & Female.

We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, making reservations or travel arrangements, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

To be successful as an administrative assistant, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. Administrative assistants must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, administrative assistants should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Minimum 1 years experienced in administration.

• Professionally oriented, trustworthy, well-motivated and highly responsible.

• High organisational skills & follow up.

• Flexible and ready to perform multi-tasking.

• Used to work under pressure and easily handle difficulties

• Easily managing different office work and client’s issues and cases.

• Capable for handling all relevant documents for import and follow up with regulations and procedures.

• Ability to properly organize and maintain filling system.

• Very good communication skills

• Advance knowledge in MS Office especially MS Excel

• English Language Skills

• Monitoring incoming calls, messages, emails, receiving, screening, prioritizing and following up on internal and external, responding with little to no supervision.

• Prepare related itineraries, expense reports, and reconciliations by coordinating with finance department as and when required

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS

• Competency in Microsoft office applications especially excel is required.

• Associate degree in a related field.

• Excellent written and verbal English Communication.

• 1- 3 years relevant working experience or in the same role.

• Deadline-Oriented

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

• Can work under pressure of time.
