Roles & Responsibilities:
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
Supporting in daily reports.
Update relevant data using database applications.
Assist in the recruitment process, renewal application and hiring of employees
Maintain an up to date HR file of all employees
Maintain an up to date computerized database of all employees
Assist the Senior Admin in organizing and implementing company/employee , social and activities/events, trainings etc
Maintain files and other information under strict confidentiality
Maintain an up to date company licenses/contract files and records
Updating & monitoring employees time attendance records and leave overview
Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records
Maintain inventory of office stock, ordering of stationery, and grocery.
Assist in the monthly clinic inventory
Organize travel arrangements for senior managers
Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff
Book meeting conference, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels, etc.
Maintain computer and manual filing systems
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Take accurate minutes of meetings
Coordinate office procedures
Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
Assist with projects as assigned by senior leadership
Providing support to staff members in the department.
Perform other duties as required
With good computer skills, Proficient in MS Office
Attention to detail
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
