Organize records of invoices, bills and deposits and review customer balanceMonitor processing of invoices and timely collection of payments Conduct credit checks Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc revenue / sales reports including AR agingEnsure high-quality invoicing and collection procedures Ensure all team members follow the accounting principles Stay updated on industry and legislative changes
Job Requirements :
Minimum 3-5 years’ experienceBS degree in Finance or Accounting Proven working experience as Accounts Receivable managerProven working experience in Value Added TaxUnderstanding of other tax requirements is a plusWorking experience in a financial services company is a plusGood understanding of accounting principles according to IFRS, credit practices and collection regulations Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software like ERP, Quickbooks…etcHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detail
