Job Description :
Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxesHelp with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls auditAssess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvementsPrepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completenessPerform ad hoc analysis and projects as requestedSupervise and/or manage general ledger accounting functionsDevelop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationshipsWork with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end.Aware of forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.Handle any other roles & responsibilities assigned by the management Prepare monthly and yearly financial statements Ensure the accuracy of allocating capital expenditures Manage the internal controls.
Job Requirements :
10 years’ experience and 3+ years in a managerial role.Proven work experience in multi organizations accounting systemHigh level of integrity and dependability with strong sense of urgency and details & results-orientationExcellent leadership and communication skills.Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles.Analytical thinking,Experience using different accounting software and methods,Knowledge of accounting laws, standards, regulations, and practices,Experience in forecast development, scenario modelling, and strategic analysis,Attention to detail and the ability to analyze large amounts of data.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.CPA / CA / ACCA is a plusExperience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools and other financial systemsFluent in EnglishGood knowledge in Microsoft dynamics ax
