Job Description

•    Support duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions

•    Keep track of outstanding invoice & follow up for payment

•    Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts

•    Assist in month-end closing bank recon & expenses reports

•    Paying monthly payroll, and preparing financial reports.

•    Attend to customers who call-in with enquires and request for quotations, or directing them to the appropriate sales person

•    Assist sales persons to prepare quotations for customers

•    Provide delivery status or updates of customers’ orders, coordinate changes if necessary
