Accountant

Job Description :

Complies and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts such as general ledger            accounts, documenting business transactions.Install, modify documents and coordinates the implementation of the accounting system and accounting control procedures.Responsible for monthly analysis of AP, supplier’s down payments, petty cash notes payable and prepaid expenses.Responsible for issuing checks on the due date.Prepares checks, accounts statements, reports and other records and reviews for accuracy.Responsible for cost center allocationResponsible for transfer accounts payable and general ledger module.Gathering/monitoring financial data.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual balance and income statements.Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account informationRecording transactions such as income and outgoings, and posting them to various accountsProcessing paymentsProducing various financial reportsVerify, allocate, post and reconcile transactionsGenerating invoices and account statementsMaintaining accounts receivable files and recordsAssisting in general financial management and analysisIssue invoices, Send it soft & Hard copies to customers

Job Requirements :

Work experience as an AccountantExcellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Advanced MS Excel skills Experience with general ledger functionsStrong attention to detail and good analytical skillsBSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degreeGood command of English.Very good communication skills.Strong organizational, analytical and time management skillsExperience in e-commerceAwareness of business trendsExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsVery Good commend in EnglishPresentable.
