Job Description:The incumbent will be responsible for analyzing financial data and business processes to generate actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and interpreting financial statements, reports, and forecasts to facilitate the achievement of business objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is required to identify process improvement and cost efficiency opportunities. The development and maintenance of financial models to assess business performance and support budgeting and forecasting activities are essential. The role also entails conducting variance analysis and providing management with recommendations based on financial results. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements is paramount. The incumbent will assist in implementing new accounting systems, tools, and processes to improve reporting accuracy. Support of audit processes through documentation preparation and response to auditor inquiries is also expected. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and generating regular reports for senior leadership are key functions. Furthermore, participation in special projects and ad hoc analyses to drive business growth and operational excellence may be required.
