• DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Perform bookkeeping duties such as, but not limited to, journal entries, management of general ledger, accounts payable, etc. on timely manner.
o Accounts Payable and Intercompany Reconciliations
o Manage petty cash; tally and record all receipts and replenish petty cash as needed.
o Maintain fixed asset data, inventory spread sheet, etc
o Keeps all files related to finances always well organized, stored properly and easy accessible.
o Do other Bookkeeper/Accountant related or other tasks as may be provided to you by management time-to-time.
