RUSHBRUSH, INC. is looking for a super flexible and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our team and play an effective role in coordinating and maintaining the execution of the operations.Key Accountabilities:Collaborating with cross-functional internal executory teams and departments to facilitate communication and deadline achievement.Identify the gaps between internal teams/departments and work on solving them.   Duties:Ensuring that each team is following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and service-level agreement (SLA) as per the agreed-upon guidelines.Follow up with all concerned departments at launching campaigns to ensure the efficiency of delivery.Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to operational execution.Identify and fill in the communication gaps between executory departments to ease the workflow.Prepare business review meeting reports with all departments and take any needed corrective action.

Job Requirements :
