Account Manager

Job Description :

Implement the defined project scope and objectives.Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.Hands on content management and creative work.Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.Act as the point of contact for all matters specific to the account.Address queries effectively and promptly.Brief the execution teams and coordinate with all team members to ensure consistent results.Manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.Collect, track, and analyse large amounts of data.

Job Requirements :

2-4 years of experience in Account management activity focusing on the operations aspect.BSc/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.Fluent spoken and written English.Project management skills.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Good time management and organizational skills.Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.Strong analytical skills.Process-driven with solutions focused mind-set and a customer-centric attitude.Good at problem solving, with the ability to resolve issues in a timely manner.Team player who motivates others and encourages close collaboration.Strong accountability to meet deadlines and a perfect attention to detail.Intermediate phone-based customer service experience or similar.Experience in Market research is a plus.
