Job Description :
Receive client brief or if there is a verbal brief, assist client in writing the briefGet clarifications from the client on the brief if requiredPrepare Job Requests/Amendment Requests and forward internallyParticipate in brainstorming on Activation ideas with account team and presentation to clientPresent creative deliverables to the client for approvalParticipate actively in the production and recording process ensuring client’s requirements are being metCoordinate with creative/traffic job amendments forInform Account Manager of any issues at with clientCheck if all deliverables to client are to brief, guidelines and budgetMonitor and ensure execution for the event as per plan. Report status regularly and visit the site if required.Prepare and update a To Do list on a daily basis to keep track of tasksFill up time sheet on a weekly basisCreate or Assist Account Manager in preparing Status reports for the clientDiscuss the learnings within the team at the end of all jobsAssist Account Manager in preparing status track sheets for jobs, account costs and quotationsCreate or Assist CS manager in filing of reports and presentations in appropriate foldersCollect news clippings, articles, research reports periodically on the client brands and discuss within the teamSuggest intelligent proactive initiatives that can add value to client brand.Assist in preparing a proposal detailing the initiatives to get client approval
Job Requirements :
+3 years’ experience in account management in advertising agency (Special BTL – Activations – Event – Production), marketingBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fieldNetworking, Persuasion, Prospecting, Public Speaking, Research, Writing, Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges, Market Knowledge, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism, CRM, and Microsoft Office.Strong verbal and written communication skillsOrganization skillsExcellent management skillsPrioritization and delegation skills
