Job Description
The Account Manager role at Edraak will be responsible for enterprise account management which includes the following responsibilities, ensure customer satisfaction with delivered products and services, maintain customer relations on behalf of Edraak, qualification of opportunities, development of proposals, conducting presales activities, post sales account management, customer education, collect and action customer feedback, and liaison with service delivery teams. The Account Manager is expected to deliver consultative advice approach targeting enterprise grade clients; the Account Manager will receive training to gain knowledge about the different service offerings at Edraak.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or computer science/engineering fields
- 3-10 year experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer service roles (nonspecific)
- Successful track record in solution selling is highly desirable
- Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken)
- Solid presentation and communication skills
- Expert level capabilities with Microsoft Power point or any other presentation software
- A general understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and technologies or any hands on experience in the field of IT Operations, IT Security, or administration
- Knowledge about any of the following products is highly recommended
- Enterprise Backup and restore solutions
- Enterprise storage area network solutions
- Infrastructure and application monitoring solutions
- Security information management and SOC
