Job Description:**Responsibilities:**

* Maintain a comprehensive understanding of emerging blockchain trends to identify potential market opportunities.
* Manage the complete inside sales cycle for mid-market clients (typically below $50,000 ACV), from initial qualification to deal closure.
* Conduct detailed technical discovery sessions to evaluate prospects’ security posture, infrastructure, and risk management models.
* Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to deliver customized product demonstrations and technical validations.
* Convert inbound inquiries and proactively develop outbound pipeline through targeted outreach and strategic campaigns.
* Work closely with Product Marketing to address common client objections and tailor sales materials to specific customer needs.
* Remain updated on current security trends, on-chain risks, and the evolving Web3 landscape.

**Required Qualifications:**

* A minimum of two (2) years of quota-carrying sales experience within the blockchain infrastructure sector.
* Demonstrated success in managing sales cycles of 30-60 days and closing mid-market transactions.
* Exceptional communication and consultative selling skills, with the ability to effectively engage both technical and business stakeholders.
* Solid understanding of Web3, Bridges, and DeFi protocol mechanics.
* Genuine interest in blockchain security, smart contract risks, and crypto infrastructure; a willingness to learn and develop expertise in these areas.
* Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving results.
