Job Description :

Fully understanding client’s needs and determining whether a business can meet those needs.Ensuring the company’s products or services are delivered on time, on budget and up to the client’s standards.Experience working with sales teams, with the ability to make smart tradeoffs, launch, and iterate new product features.Communicating with clients and gathering information about a project’s scope, budgets and timelines.Handling the team tasks and support the team to achieve our goals & objectives.Provides overall day-to-day customer service and support to ensure the effective execution of customer objectives in advertising campaigns.Experience working with other teams of the company sales and internal teams, providing support for Board and Committee initiatives.Assisting with database and website management and providing support with other administrative and operational functions and other aspects of the client accounts.Has communication, leadership, teamwork, multitasking and program management skills.

Job Requirements :

Very Good English spoken / writtenDetail oriented & high concentration levelPossess excellent communication skills with the ability to provide a high volume of service, along with a high quality of workExcellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objectionsEffectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environmentAbility to learn and navigate new tasks quicklyAbility to work independentlyDesire to work in fast paced, highly dynamic environment
