Job Description
Job Purpose
- Assemble and fit accessories to vehicles. Remove and reassemble vehicle original parts if necessary, (bolt, screw, clip, door trim, kick panel, scuff plate, quarter panel, front panel, centre console, glove box, front and rear bumper, steel rim, engine belt, audio bracket and plastic cover, seats and seat belt, parcel tray, front grill, fog lamp cover…).
- Depending on the work assignment – vehicle and tools assigned, performs labor intensive activities as required in the installation manual.
- Receives work instructions from Production supervisor as per daily production plan and refers problems and issues experienced during the installation process to the Production Supervisor for immediate resolution.
- Maintain the good condition of equipment/tools and keep work environment clean, organize, through proper use and performs maintenance whenever necessary.
- Ensures that production SOPs, safety measures and procedures are followed and performs job conscientiously within the set quality standard and as per company rules and regulations.
- Attend the required trainings to improve multi-skills.
Skills
- Preferably knowledgeable in automobile parts and functions
- Secondary School or Equivalent
- Preferably Has work experience in Automotive repair.
- Good eyesight
- Good health condition
- Mechanical interest and skills
