**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced A/C Supervisor to join our Maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and maintenance of all air conditioning and refrigeration systems within the property. Key responsibilities include:

* Monitoring temperature parameters (e.g., indoor, outdoor, chiller, fan coil, air handling unit, air supply) to ensure efficient system operation.
* Developing and implementing a comprehensive preventative maintenance schedule.
* Maintaining the cleanliness and operational efficiency of all condensing units, chillers, fan coil units, and air handlers.
* Ensuring the proper functioning of all coolers and freezers to maintain required storage temperatures.
* Assigning tasks to subordinate technicians based on their skills and capabilities to achieve optimal results.
* Supervising the work of subordinate technicians to ensure adherence to established standards.
* Maintaining the safety and operational readiness of all related tools and equipment.
* Adhering strictly to the preventative maintenance chart and maintaining accurate records for future reference.
* Providing on-the-job training to engineering employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Maintaining awareness of emergency procedures and protocols, including fire safety procedures.

**Skills and Qualifications**

Candidates should possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in refrigeration systems or building services engineering. Prior experience in a similar supervisory role, coupled with demonstrated knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance, is highly desirable. Excellent command of the English language and the ability to diagnose and repair system malfunctions are essential.
