Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical Engineering,
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the sales organization of an Industrial background or similar role.
Excellent presentation and creativity skills
excellent Communications skills
Excellent presentations and customer handling skills.
Excellent English.
Good knowledge in Microsoft office is a must.
Skills in the art of verbal communication and the art of negotiation.
Bearing work pressure.
Patient.
Willingness to travel
Having car is preferred
The position will be responsible for:
– Plan and conduct all kind of regular customer interactions (calls/visits/online meeting) for all customer within the assigned list and sectors.
– Develop and report periodical sales activity reports, action plans, sales forecasts, competitions and customer feedbacks.
– Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships, and identify potential and key account customers. Reach out to customer leads through marketing tools, in coordination with indoor team.
– Monitor and achieve relevant targets, revenue growth, and KPIs to achieve organizational objectives
The selection phases will consist of three levels as below:
