مشرفة تمريض/NURSE SUPERVISOR

Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupervises and decides if ever there will be a shortage of nurses in the Wards, appraised from professional nursing and rational point of view.Follows-up and/or processes papers for patient’s transfer to other hospitals; helps prepare the accompanying nurse regarding the ambulance (if any).Informs Director of Nursing in cases when any hospital employee is sick or admitted to the hospital.Reports Occurrence/Variance Accidents promptly and collects detailed reports.Helps the Head Nurses and the Director of Nursing in the assessment of staff; observes secrecy and etiquette. القيام بالاشراف ويقرر ما إذا كان هناك نقص في عدد الممرضات في الاقسام ، الذين تم تقييمهم من وجهة نظر عقلانية ومهنية في التمريض.متابعة و / أو اكمال الأوراق الخاصة بنقل المريض إلى مستشفيات أخرى ؛ والمساعدة في اعداد الممرضة المصاحبة فيما يتعلق بسيارة الإسعاف (إن وجدت).إبلاغ مدير التمريض في الحالات التي يمرض فيها أي موظف بالمستشفى أو يدخل المستشفى.الإبلاغ عن الحوادث / والاحداث على الفور وجمع تقارير مفصلة.مساعدة رئيس الممرضات ومدير التمريض في تقييم الموظفين ؛ يحترم السرية والآداب.
