Job Decsription:
- Provide full documentation for tasks that need to be developed
- Perform configuration tasks required by the client.
- Provide support and guidance to the clients’ technical questions and be
- responsible for resolving their issues based on defined and agreed to SLAs.
- Follow up with developers to get development tasks done in time and as in
- plan.
- Capable to trainee users on various Odoo modules (remotely or onsite).
- Complete, maintain all company paperwork in a timely, accurate, and
- efficient manner according to the company guidelines.
- Assistant Sales Team in the Pilot and Demonstration.
job Requirements:
- 1-3 years of Experience in the Odoo ERP environment is a must.
- Complete understanding of ERP and open source concepts.
- Good command of English
- Knowledge of ERP cloud applications is a plus
