  • CODPARTNER is a B2B startup that focuses on e-commerce sellers. Our mission is to provide our partners who aspire to grow their business online with a single platform that covers all their logistical needs and facilitate access to many markets in many countries.

About the position Responsibilities

  • The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current clients in order to help them develop their business using our services. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the client may face.

  In this role you will have to

  • Develop and maintain long term relationships with our key accounts.
  • Develop plan, KPI and Goals to achieve for each account.
  •  Identify new trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans.
  • Analyze and interpret account’s sales report to identify strengths, weaknesses and busines opportunities. Qualifications
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager (1+ years of experience). 
  • Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
  • Experience in e-commerce is desirable but not required
  •  Ability to manage multiple accounts at once, while maintaining attention to detail.
  •  Excellent listening, negotiation and communication skills. 
  • Strong verbal and written English skills.
